Affordable Ayurvedic Panchakarma

In ayurveda, panchakarma therapy means "five actions". A deep cleansing and rejuvenation program for enhancing longevity and vitality, panchakarma is considered a complete, holistic approach to the elimination of the root cause of each and every chronic health problem. Today, in the USA, 70% of deaths are due to chronic diseases, not infectious diseases. Acharya Charaka has described that imbalances in doshas can be pacified by shamana therapies (palliation methods) such as administration of herbo-mineral supplements, lifestyle changes, adopting fasting, etc., but deep rooted imbalances in doshas can be completely eliminated by the administration of shodhana therapies (purification methods), such as panchakarma. We provide affordable panchakarma to everyone and provide maximum benefits using traditional ayurvedic methods. Panchakarma is not for all, but for those who are completely committed and go through all the benefits explained in Panchakarma Program. One must undergo a pre-cleansing program (Poorva Karma), main cleansing program (Pradhana Karma) and post cleansing program (Paschat Karma). The entire program may go up to 30 days and completely rejuvenate and cleanse the mind-body-spirit.

Your complete Panchakarma Program includes:

Evaluation of your ayurvedic health questionnaire and screening by Shekhar Annambhotla, a vaidya (doctor of ayurvedic medicine) who has over 20 years of experience

Phone consultation for clients who are traveling from a far distance (it is highly recommended to have a one-on-one consultation before starting the Panchakarma Program)

Systematic cleansing regimen prior to arrival on Sunday

Initial and final consultations (two one-hour long consultations)

Special cleansing diet with freshly prepared food each day especially for you

Ayurvedic lecture on Thursday evening

Ayurvedic bodywork and massage therapies

Self-administered cleansing, rejuvenating colon therapies (Basti)

Systematic protocol to follow upon going home (take home program)

One therapist for 90-minute Abhyanga, Garshana, followed by 45-minute Shirodhara (an extra charge for an additional therapist)

One therapist for 80-minute Shiro Abhayanga Nasya, followed by a 45-minute Shirodhara (an extra charge for an additional therapist)

One therapist for 50-minute Vishesh, followed by a 45-minute Shirodhara (an extra charge for an additional therapist)

One therapist per client for 75-minute Herbal paste massage (Udvartana) followed by Swedana (an extra charge for an additional therapist)

One therapist for 50-minute Marma (pressure point massage)
